Then I had an idea. I will write a letter to the owner letting him know how much we love it and if anything goes wrong with the current buyers we are still here ready to buy. Maybe that will work. Apparently 25% of all house sales fall through. So fingers crossed something might go wrong.

By the way, there are 18 acres on Lynn Lane about a mile or so from our house that are for sale. There are two houses and a lake on the property. Don't know the asking price.
